VENUES AND SESSIONS
Programs for Every Skill Level
Inclusive Programs for All Abilities (40+, 50+, 60+)
Our sessions are specifically tailored for players aged 40 and over, with groups structured by age and ability to ensure everyone can play at the right pace.
Whether you’re:
-
returning to football after a long break
-
new to the game and looking to stay active
-
managing injuries or mobility concerns
-
or simply keen to enjoy football without the pressure
you’ll find a welcoming group where participation, enjoyment, and wellbeing come first.
Multiple Days & Times
Strong Community, On and Off the Pitch, Walking Football is as much about connection as it is about exercise.
Our venues foster a friendly, social atmosphere where players build friendships, support each other, and stay engaged in their local community. Many of our sessions naturally extend beyond the pitch — with coffee catch-ups, social events, and a strong sense of belonging that keeps players coming back week after week.
FIND A VENUE NEAR YOU
Our Walking Football programs are delivered across multiple venues and communities, with sessions running on different days and at a variety of times. Whether you prefer weekday mornings, evenings after work, or relaxed weekend sessions, there’s an option designed to fit comfortably into your lifestyle.
Walking Football is about more than just the game — it’s about staying active, connected, and enjoying football in a safe and supportive environment.

At every venue, player safety comes first. All locations used for our Walking Football sessions have an AED available, giving players and families extra confidence and peace of mind while taking part. Participants should familiarise themselves with the location and ensure they know how to deploy and use the AED.
We’re happy to share updates about any AED training opportunities with our members whenever they become available. Click here
