Accident Waiver & Participation Agreement

I acknowledge that participation in Walking Football activities involves physical activity and inherent risks.
I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and accept full responsibility for my participation and any associated risks or injuries.
I release and hold harmless Walking Football organisers, volunteers and partners from liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation, except where required by law.
I consent to receive medical treatment if required and understand that associated costs may be my responsibility.
I also consent to photographs or videos taken during activities being used for legitimate promotional purposes.
